A presentation entitled IIPImage and OldMapsOnline will be given by Petr Zabicka, Head of R&D at the Moravian Library in the Czech Republic, at a one-day seminar entitled JPEG 2000 for the practitioner in London on the 16th November 2010. The Moravian Library and OldMapsOnline use IIPImage to serve JPEG2000 map data and sponsored the development of JPEG2000 within IIPImage. The seminar is free and is being hosted by the JPEG 2000 Implementation Working Group and the Wellcome Library with assistance from the Digital Preservation Coalition.
